2) Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process your data for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Handling inquiries from the form and preparing and presenting an offer for our article publication services – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – communication with a person interested in a B2B offer).
- Direct marketing of our own services (e.g., email/phone contact with clarification of the offer) – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Note: Sending commercial information by email and phone contact for marketing purposes additionally requires consent based on applicable electronic communications and telecommunications laws. If you provide such consent, the legal basis will also be Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). - Establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, conducting settlements, archiving correspondence – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Legal obligations (e.g., tax/accounting, when a contract is concluded) – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
3) Scope of processed data
We process data provided in the form: name and surname, email, phone (if provided), company name/position (if provided), message content, as well as technical data related to form submission (IP address, timestamp, browser header) – for security and evidentiary purposes.
4) Data source
We collect data directly from you through the contact form or correspondence.
5) Data recipients
We may entrust data to entities supporting us technically and organizationally, in particular: hosting providers, email services, CRM/communication tools, accounting services, and law firms (when necessary). We have data processing agreements in place with these entities.
6) Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If this becomes necessary (e.g., using a tool with servers outside the EEA), we will apply appropriate safeguards provided by GDPR, particularly Standard Contractual Clauses. - Data from offer inquiries: up to 12 months from the last activity in the matter or until successful objection/consent withdrawal – depending on the legal basis.
- Marketing data (based on consent): until consent withdrawal.
- Data necessary for settlements/contracts: for the period required by law (generally up to 5 years from the end of the tax year).
- Data needed to establish or defend claims: until the statute of limitations expires.
8) Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) in cases provided by law,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including objection to direct marketing,
- data portability (when the legal basis is consent or contract and processing is automated),

9) Voluntary nature of providing data
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for us to contact you and present an offer. Lack of required legal consents (email/phone for marketing purposes) may prevent us from sending commercial information through such channels.
10) Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions about you, nor do we use profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
